Work It Out: Summer Playlist

Okay, ladies! Beach season is officially in FULL swing and it’s time to break out the attire! There’s no better way to feel confident and look smokin’ in that bathing suit than breakin’ a sweat in the gym!
I don’t know about you, but I cannot and will not workout unless I have music with me. It is truly amazing what music can do to your mood and workout. Instead of agonizing over how many minutes you have left on the hamster wheel, get lost in this perfect summer workout playlist!
This playlist is geared towards heart-thumping cardio. No matter what your preference of cardio is: treadmill, elliptical, bike, or even outside, this playlist is sure to up your heart rate and help you kick ass during your workout. I love incorporating intervals when doing cardio. Interval training is great and gives you the chance to push your body to its fullest potential.
I’ve put together all of my favorite uplifting and motivating songs into this hour and a half playlist! You can choose to do the whole thing or choose whichever songs you like!
It’s set up similar to interval form: the first two songs are for warm up, then one song to rest and two songs fast-paced, and repeat! OR you can choose to shuffle and create your own interval workout! No matter what, challenge yourself and get lost in the music!

BONUS: The last song, “Greyhound” by, Swedish House Mafia, is one of my absolute favorite songs to sprint to. The beat is just AMAZING. I love ending my workout with giving everything I have. Give it a shot and I promise, you won’t regret it!
