This playlist is geared
towards heart-thumping cardio. No matter what your preference of cardio is:
treadmill, elliptical, bike, or even outside, this playlist is sure to up your
heart rate and help you kick ass during your workout. I love incorporating intervals
when doing cardio. Interval training is great and gives you the chance to push
your body to its fullest potential.
I’ve put together
all of my favorite uplifting and motivating songs into this hour and a half
playlist! You can choose to do the whole thing or choose whichever songs you
like!
It’s set up
similar to interval form: the first two songs are for warm up, then one song to
rest and two songs fast-paced, and repeat! OR you can choose to shuffle and
create your own interval workout! No matter what, challenge yourself and get
lost in the music!
