Work It Out Girl: Strength Playlist

Hitting the weights today? This hour long playlist mix of hip-hop/rap and r&b will be sure to put you in the zone!  As much as I love upbeat and fast tempo songs for cardio, I like to slow the BPM wayyy down for strength training.
Strength training aids in fat burning and helps tone muscles. The key is slow and controlled movement. So, we want to get those muscles burning!  Luckily, I’ve put together a bunch of my favorite songs that help keep my mind off that dreaded burning sensation.  I swear, you won’t even notice how hard you’re working.
These songs can be played in any order you prefer. I listen differently each time so nothing gets repetitive. However you choose, this playlist including songs by Chris Brown, Beyonce, J. Cole, among others, will help draw out your confidence and channel your inner badass. (Just think about how svelte you’ll look once you’re done!)
